Alexis is a Marin native who graduated from UCLA and worked in education and corporate philanthropy for many years prior to attending law school at the University of San Francisco.
Upon graduating in 2011, she worked for Sterling L. Ross, Jr., an experienced estate planner with extensive expertise in Special Needs Trusts. While there, Alexis worked with individuals of family members with developmental disabilities on their estate planning and conservatorship needs.
Working with families to ensure their disabled family members were protected through conservatorship became Alexis’s passion. She launched her own practice to focus solely on this need. She prides herself on her friendly and compassionate approach to representing clients within the disability community.
Alexis is an active volunteer in the community by doing everything from baking cookies for and volunteering at local fundraisers to serving as president of the board of Matrix Parent Network & Resource Center and serving on the board of Integrated Community Services. Alexis feels incredibly lucky to have landed in this niche of work where she gets to be part of such a warm and supportive community.
When not working and volunteering, Alexis enjoys running the trails of Marin, devouring good food, and chasing around her ridiculously active and adorable daughter.
